Natural disasters or unexpected life events, simply because of the fact they could not have been foreseen, often create urgent needs of assistance. In recent years we have been able to partner with official organisations to ensure aid reaches those most affected by natural disasters.
On occasions individuals or families have sought our advice or practical help to deal with issues that have suddenly seen them face economic challenges or personal hardship.
In every situation we assess and verify needs on a case by case basis to ensure appropriate levels of assistance are provided, ensure we don’t create a culture of reliance on what we provide along with high levels of accountability as to how help given is used.
