Our women’s ministry team seek to provide practical and spiritual support, advice and care which is specifically designed to address the issues faced by women of all ages, who may feel marginalised and disempowered by the society they find themselves living in. Bespoke resources are created that deal with specific issues which, along with our seminars, lead to women being empowered within the Christian community and as influencers in wider society as salt and light in their spheres of influence.
Our experience from working with women over many years shows that the key issues faced often revolve around topics such as low self-esteem, true identity and worth, abuse, loneliness and trust. Our seminars, where numbers are intentionally kept small, will usually focus on one or more of these subjects, giving time also for one to one counselling and support.
In addition to our resources and seminars we also organise larger international conferences that provide a unique space for women involved in leadership or other influential positions in church and/or society. These gatherings provide an opportunity to share and tap into the collective wisdom and equip them to respond in Christ-like ways to the challenges and opportunities faced. Such conferences also catalyse a spirit of unity, partnership and collaboration so that women and men can lead together more effectively and become positive agents of change within their communities.
